Reading is a SUPERPOWER

This autumn in Ilkley library I am exploring storytelling and the magic of books in a small exhibition displaying colourful representations of imaginary land, the beautiful everyday and not least the love of books and reading.

I asked the Ilkley people what their favourite books were and I got so so many answers. The first few dozen titles have already been added to exhibition centre piece.  You can see my appeal for book titles here:

Excuse the dialect, as a Dane I can't work out how to speak Yorkshire, plus I was taught BBC English but spent my whole life watching American movies. So my accent is a mess.

You can visit the exhibition during open hours all days :)

I have also made a colouring story making 'book' for Wednesday story time. And I will be making another painting including the titles you people keep sending me :)
